First time posting here. Love your site btw, its my ONLY stop for SW collecting news. Anyway, I saw the post about Walmart's new planograms and the ensuing pessimistic comments (which I tend to agree with) but I emailed to offer some glimpse of hope on the horizon.

I live in a small town in NC and our local Walmart's selection has been abysmal. They're currently sitting on 2 Biggs and an onslaught of Mission Series 2 packs that have even crept onto the single The Black Series peg we are afforded. Well today I walked into the toy aisle which has clearly gone PTM (pre-transitional merchandise, an old holdout acronym from my Target days), meaning its pretty much a free-for-all for old and new product alike, no zoning, labels, etc. And MUCH to my surprise I see all four figures from wave 3 of The 6" Black Series sitting on a shelf below the hanging Batman remnants. There was no price tag and when I scanned the Stormtrooper with one of the stationary scanners I got the dreaded "please see an associate for details" message. Possibly even a bigger surprise, I rounded the corner and found an associate, haha! She (un)happily scanned it with her scanner and told me it was $19.96. I'm happy to say that this is the 1st Stormy I've seen in the wild and he and Bespin Luke (with miraculously aligned eyes) came home with me. Yay!

So keep your chins up and your eyes peeled. The game is afoot! And now there's one more place to find 6" figs!
