Topic: Q&A of the Day

Welcome to our next Q and A of the Day post! This column will be published daily, weekly, monthly, or just based on how many questions I get emailed – but no more than one a day. Feel free to send in your questions and I will put them in the queue. Click through for Q and A of the Day: Day 68. Topic: When are you getting to....

Q: Do you have a review or any mention of the Modal Nodes commemorative set from Walmart on the site? While I admit they are really old sculpts, I wanted to get your take on them before I purchased a set but I couldn't find them on here anywhere.... I think they do a fair job with the addition of the soft goods coats to blend into the modern (vintage look) line a bit....but that's from google photos only. I absolutely LOVE your site and am on here every single day. It is just THE go to site on all things Star Wars figures. Thanks a million! (Mike R.)

A: To my own shock, I discovered just how many products I am missing from one of my favorite Star Wars Hasbro collections of all time: the 30 (77-07) line. It is the biggest collection Hasbro has ever produced to date. The number of figures, vehicles, multipacks, etc. significantly outweigh how much Star Wars stuff was released in the Star Wars "Saga" line between 2002 and 2004. (I actually did the math.) Anyway, I have NOT attempted any of the Commemorative Tin Collection sets yet, but I am very interested in attacking these soon. So stay tuned. You never know what might pop up in our July pot luck! In the mean time, check out what we have reviewed from this glorious collection in out 30 (77-07) RDR databse!
