Back in mid October, we shared a story with you that some people were receiving defective The Clone Wars season 5 blu-ray discs. JTA reader Josh M. did some further researched and discovered a fascinating fact, directly from the manufacturer. Click through for more.

For the benefit of those that are interested, I'd like to pass on some useful info concerning The Clone Wars Season 5 blu ray set. I previously wrote in about the sound issues on the set, where many episodes such as The Lawless and Missing in Action on disc 2 had audio that was slightly out of sync with the video. In addition, some people couldn't get the discs to even play on new blu ray players. Well, after contacting Warner Bros., they are aware of the issue (the sync issue is present in all the sets; whether one finds it distracting enough to worry about is another question). Warner Bros. is currently printing corrected discs, and if you call (800) 553-6937, they will take your name and info and mail you replacement discs when they arrive.
