JTA reader Taylor L. writes in to let us know that his local TARGET in Billings MT has received wave 1 (for the very first time) as well as wave 2 alongside of it. There may be hope for many more of us!

One of the Target stores here in Billings, MT stocked Wave 1 AND Wave 2 of the 3.75" Black Series tonight. Unfortunately I didn't think to take a picture while I was there, since I was in shock because I've never found a wave of figures this soon after they hit retail!
