TARGET Stores Finally Receiving Regular Shipments Of TBS 3.75"

You may be having a different experience than me, but my local TARGETs have JUST BEGUN receving The Black Series 3.75" figures in stores for the very first time. It's pretty sad that it's almost the middle of October and these stores are just now seeing wave 1. My local TARGETs are also getting a plethora of The Black Series 6" line too.
