JTA awesome reader BorgIG88 comes through huge again for us and snapped some quick pics of the recently acquired Battle Of Geonosis: Jedi Knights sets. I have to say that the production figures look incredible. The pack-in clones are yawn fests of course, but just look at those Jedi. I can tell right off the bat that there is some new body tooling (not just head sculpts) and some of the bodies from the Geonosis Arena Showdown sets have been reused (again) for these sets as well. Click through and enjoy this first look at these exciting sets. We'll do more analysis of these figures in the future, especially when its' time to add them to our RDRs.

Hello Paul,

I picked up the 2 Geonosis: Jedi Knights 4 Packs Friday night. They were $39.99, plus there was a 15% off deal going on which I was able to take advantage of.

Sephjet Josall (the bald Jedi) seems to be the only 100% brand new sculpt, the figure had a date stamp of 2013.
Selig Kenjenn (the asian Jedi) had a date stamp of 2010.
Sarrissa Jeng (the female Jedi) & Khaat Qiyn (the young middle-eastern young Jedi, with robe & no facial hair) were both stamped 2009.
Que-Mars Redath (the Weequay Jedi, and only alien in the bunch) was dated 2008.
Roan Shryne (the bearded Jedi) had a date of 2007.

Maybe with these photos you can narrow down where most of these sculpts were used before Paul.

Oh and finally, the clones used the old 2003 sculpt and not the more modern VC 45 sculpt, which is a shame, it seems like this would be the perfect way to release the previously unreleased yellow and red clones using the Vintage Collection sculpt. BTW Deviss' paint apt (the red clone) was pretty darn sloppy on the set I picked up.

Have a great night and I hope you enjoy the pics!
