My Target north of Cincinnati just got a case of TVC wave 12 (on August 11, 2013)! This place has been carrying Phantom Menace figures for two years and finally opened a new case. Someone else got the Darth Malgus, but I finally got the Imperial Naval Commander. Just letting you know Inventories are finally moving in Ohio. Maybe this will clear room for new merchandise. They still haven't made room for the new Saga Legends yet.
