Hello JTA Readers,

This is Plastic Empire, coming to you with another store report from North of the Boarder.

In the past few weeks I've been frequently visiting two different Toys "R" Us stores near my house. They had been getting a steady stream of the 2013 Yoda Figures. Recently I had only been seeing a few Green Carded Clone Wars 2013 figures on the shelves but no Movie Heroes or anything that I wanted. For weeks I have been looking for a Green Carded Movie Heroes Sand Trooper and Jango Fett but could only find the odd Obi-Wan or Battle Droid. Until yesterday...

After speaking with one of the staff on the phone I found out that they had a truck coming in that day and that there could be some Movie Heroes on the truck. Knowing that the two figures I wanted would sell quickly I asked if they could tell me when they would come off the truck. They said I would have to wait. So after a few hours I called the store back and spoke with the same lady. She said 1 box of Movie Hero's had just been out out in the pegs. I quickly got in the car and drove straight to the store. As I entered the store and turned the corner to the Star Wars display I could see the pegs are full of green! After flipping few a few what looked like brand new cards I found what I had be searching for. A Sand Trooper and Jango Fett. The force was strong with me this day, and I wanted to share my experience will all my fellow JTA readers. Below are the images of these "Yakfaces" in the wild on the pegs at Toronto Toys "R" Us. What a thing of beauty! Score one for the Canadian Collectors Eh!

As a side Note. I've only been able to find these Green Carded figures at Toys "R" Us and Supercenter in Canada. Still no Green Carded Figures in Canadian Wal-Marts or Canadian Targets in the Greater Toronto Area. Trust me I've been looking.
