The Vintage Collection "Greatest Hits" Assortments "Not Happening"?!

If you read Adam Pawlus' Q&A at GalacticHunter.com this morning, you probably read about the "greatest hits' wave of The Vintage Collection and where it is. Spoiler: he believes it probably isn't happening. After considering this, I realized that we all should have figured this out a while ago. See what I mean by clicking through.

If online retail like our sponsors and Entertainment Earth haven't put the "greatest hits" assortments of The Vintage Collection up for pre-order by now, they likely are severely delayed or they're just not happening at all. This exact same happened to the final wave of the 2012 Movie Heroes wave and of course to both the 2013 Movie Heroes and 2013 The Clone Wars basic figure assortments. And look what happened to those figures. I believe it's a good bet that the announcement made HERE was all smoke and mirrors to get out product intended to be released in 2012 out some way. I guess what Hasbro told us is true from a certain point of view. But I can't imagine seeing "brand new" case assortments. We will just be seeing the stuff that never made it out when it should. If you carefully review those case assortments again, it's indeed the case ratios of TVC figures that barely scratched the retails' surface. Anything can happen of course. We don't get answers and confirmations from HunterPR like we should anymore, so it would be nice if we are wrong about this, but in the meantime, weigh in on your thoughts in our comments.
