Corey here (StarWarsEmbo98 on You Tube) I just got home from Wal-Mart and I found something AMAZING! I did notice on the bottom of each The Clone Wars figure, it said Not for resale, like the WalMart Exclusive 8 Packs, but Commander Fox was not offered in any of those sets, so I think these are all “Leftovers” from unreleased and released 8 packs. I am also guessing this is the repack wave. There was also one more price tag on top of the NOT FOR RESALE tag, those where the $9.99 bar codes. This is the bottom of Clone Commander Fox. What was odd, was the Movie heroes figures did not have this barcode or the Not for resalse on Jar Jar and the other Movie heroes figures, but I did for The Clone Wars.
