We are working hard on bringing you the latest coverage on the Hasbro Toy Fair presentation. We are putting plenty of "quick pics" on our Facebook page. Please hover over there until we can start bringing you the latest front page new. There is some breaking news that we want to let you know about right away. So click through for some important announcements....

The Clone Wars line as we know it is DEAD. No more animated figures. New figures will be made in the newly revitalized Saga Legends line. The line will retail for $5.99 each and be all-new sculpts sporting 5 points of articulation. A new Captain Rex (phase II) is part of the first assortment. These 1978-1985 era styled figures are actually pretty cool. We feel in love with the phase II clones.

The Vintage Collection continues in the vehicle exclusive facet only. The boxes are big and the products are beautiful. Biggs Darkilighter's X-wing fighter, the Slave I (with new Han in Carbonite accessory), TIE Interceptor and a Republic Gunship are all in the works. The Endor AT-AT should be arriving imminently. It was intended for the 2013 assortment now.

Save for the first two waves, the 3.75" Black Series line will contain all-new sculpts. Hasbro is adamant about making these figures collector quality figures and will even retool current super-articulated sculpts if there is a need to correct accuracy. But again, no repacks are expected for this line at all. They will retail for $9.99 each. 19 figures are planned for 2013 and we sort of got a "false" answer that more than 50 will be released in 2014. Wave 1 will be shipped in small quantities to prevent over-filling pegs with wave 2 right behind it in 6-8 weeks.

Yoda line look product we saw already is all that we're getting. No more Movie Heroes, no more light up figures right now with a caveat - this will be explained in our Q&A. Stay tuned.
