Date: December 10, 2012 at 10:52 AM ET
Topic: JTA Contests

Thank you to all that particpated in our 2012 JTA Facebook Contest. We had a blast and we hope you did also. It will take some time to compile the results, we will most likely need until the weekend to do this, but take some time to see how well you did. Our goal was to introduce you to other aspects of our site other than the front page or even the Reviews and Visual Guides. Hopefully you saw a few more things to interest you! You know what they say: "If you give them action figures, they will come!" Thank you for the huge turnout. We will deifnitely do this again! Click through for the answers!

MISSIONS #1-15
(THE ANSWERS!)

MISSION #1

ANSWER: 131

The Clone Wars Lumniara Unduli figure was our 131st review.

MISSION #2

ANSWER: 140

The are 140 RDR squares in our The Vintage Collection Visual Guide. All you had to do was head to our Research Droids Reviews where it gives you a total number of reviews at the bottom of the category. (How many of you actually counted all of those squares?)

MISSION #3

ANSWER: Pilf Mukmuk or Pikk Mukmuk

Hondo Ohnaka had two Kowaian monkey-lizards so far in the show. It was sort of a trick question, but some of you sent in both answers!

MISSION #4

ANSWER: Numa can be found at THIS LINK:

http://www.jeditemplearchives.com/swexperience/toyfair2009/kotobukiya/pages/kotobukiya010.html

Some of you forgot to put "Hello, Numa!" in the subject of your email while others forgot to all the sentence "Paul, this is ridiculous!" I told you that you had to follow directions!

MISSION #5

ANSWER: 5 (I did that on purpose - MISSION #5 - the answer is 5)

When you search for Shock Trooper in our RDRs, 9 items are found. I then asked you to subtract out those that DID NOT have "Shock Trooper" in the title which was 4. 9 minus 4 equals 5. So many of you sent in 4 for an answer.

MISSION #6

ANSWER: Luke Skywalker from 2008's TAC Hoth Patrol Battle Packs set is who we claimed was the definitive counterpart to the vintage 1982 Luke Skywalker (Hoth Battle Gear) figure. My how times have changed since that report!

MISSION #7

ANSWER: You had to post "Gentle Giant: What’s up with that Holographic Pre Vizsla Maquette?" on the image of Padme Amidala facing right. This was also a trick question as two pictures of her were facing right. 58 of you chose the first image and 11 of you chose the second image. You both chose wisely.

MISSION #8

ANSWER: The Gamorrean Guard can be found in The Legacy Collection Breha Organa Visual Guide. You had to actually click in the guide and not hover (like the free tip I offered you).

This was the most unsuccessful challenge of the entire event. I guess most of you gave up. :)

MISSION #9

ANSWER: All you had to do was post "Yoda rocks for 2013!" in the comments found at THIS LINK at Yakface.com.

Special thanks to our good friend Jayson Krebsbach for hosting a part of our competition this year at the site. Be sure to patronize Yakface.com too!

MISSION #10

SPECIAL THANKS TO BRIAN'S TOYS FOR SPONSORING THIS MISSION!

ANSWER: Jocast Nu's hologram can be found under Hardcover Novels under the New Jedi Order (Traitor) heading:

http://www.jeditemplearchives.com/specialreports/novels/#New_Jedi_Order

Once you click the link it took you to Brian's Toys and the SKU for the item is S10VEBJOCASTANUC9

MISSION #11

SPECIAL THANKS TO DORKSIDETOYS FOR SPONSORING THIS MISSION!

ANSWER: Wedge Antilles is on sale for $5 or $6 at DorksideToys.com. Either answer was acceptable.

MISSION #12

SPECIAL THANKS TO DORKSIDETOYS FOR SPONSORING THIS MISSION!

ANSWER: 35.97

CARDED Bom Vimdin $3.00 + CARDED Odd Ball (Clone Pilot) $6.99 + CARDED Lost Line Jar Jar Binks $5.00 CARDED + Luke Skywalker (Lightsaber Construction) $7.99 + LOOSE ARC Trooper Commander (Captain Fordo) $12.99 = TOTAL PRICE of $35.97

How many of you took advantage of these great deals?!

MISSION #13

SPECIAL THANKS TO DORKSIDETOYS FOR SPONSORING THIS MISSION!

ANSWER: Tactical Ops Trooper - ROTS - Basic (III 65)

All you had to do was head to out Index in the reviews and click on the letter "T". This figure is the first on the list.

MISSION #14

ANSWER: 0

This was a trick question. While we have created a category for The Original Trilogy Collection in the Research Droids Reviews, we have not begun to review the collection yet.

MISSION #15

ANSWER: To be determined!
