I just had a "nice" call with a customer service representative at HasbroToyShop.com. I voiced my disappointment in my purchase being sold right out of my cart as I was finallizing checkout. She apologized and explained how there is an extremely limited number of these and that they are not "locked in" until you pay. Well I was sure trying to pay!!

I didn't yell or go on and on harping over it. I just wanted for them to understand our frustration. She gave me a bit of hope by informing me that any orders for 2 or more of these would be cancelled all together. Not just the extras, the entire order. She suggested I continue to check the sight regularly (I will) and she even took my name and number to give me a courtesy call when more show up in stock after orders are cancelled.

My wishful side is naive and is expecting a phone call. My brain (confused by the mixed chemicals of excitement and frustration) knows this is just "standard" customer service meant to appease me temporarily. I'll keep trying till all hope is lost. :)
