I wanted to let the readers know that the Droids and Villains three-packs have arrived in the Targets in Philadelphia! They didn't have any on the shelves, but I came armed with the newer DPCI and was able to find a very helpful employee that pulled a case from the back. The bad news is that they rang up for $24.99 each. But for what I've had to pay for figures lately, three for 25 bucks seems like a bargain. I hope this means the figure drought in the Mid-Atlantic is coming to an end.

Editor's Note: I clarified with James if the cashier scanned the barcode on the box or the barcode on the actual packaging. James verified the cashier scanned the former which means that the 1172 DPCI is the intended SKU for this item. Because this number is on the box, if you have them scan the box, it's going to ring up for the higher price. Try taking the actual three-packs to the register and see what they scan first. I can confirm that I used DPCI ending in 1172 to locate the products, but when scanned, the 0302 DPCI rang up and was shown on the receipt and the price was $14.99. There is a lot of stuff happening with these sets. Who knows how long it will take until TARGET updates the UPC and DPCI at your location and they're finally linked up.
