Midwest Store Report - On the Hunt for the Deleted Scene Waves

For several weeks now I've been on the hunt for the Blu Ray Deleted Scenes wave and Wave 2 of the Movie Zeroes line with no luck. In fact, the shelves look exactly the same as they did 2 months ago. One would think it's January 31st here in the Midwest. Click through for the full report.

As you can see in the photo, TVC & CW figures are going for $8.99. Battle Packs are still $22.99! There is a price reduction on the Deluxe sets down to $15.10 only! I browsed 2 Targets and 2 Walmarts this morning and the photo represents what I found at all 4 stores. I was at TRU the this weekend and it was the same story. JTA readers have expressed this is not just a Midwest problem, but extends south to Florida and west to the Mountain region states. As a veteran collector, I find it hard to keep up enthusiasm and waste gas driving around with nothing to show for it. I can only imagine how frustrating this must be for newer collectors or those just getting started. Let's hope Hasbro gets this distribution issue corrected.
