TARGET Disappearing Figures Update!

After my local Target (Albany, Oregon) took all the junk peg warmer figures down and left the shelf empty I thought they would keep it that way. I even had them scan the figures and they said there was none in the store. Then this morning they put pegs out and opened 3 boxes of the clone wars wave. They are still the same packaging that we are used too. The pegs say the figures cost $6.64 but when I bought 4 of them they rang up at $4.99! They never put any of the old junk they took off the shelf days ago back up. They just put out the 3 new boxes of figures. I scored a Rex, commander stone, and Rex in snowsuit. I was just happy to have seen something nice up on the shelf. The other 3 local targets have not put anything out.  I was just wondering if this is happening anywhere else?
