Walmart Exclusive 3.75" TBS Figures Now With Collector Stamps?

It appears that Hasbro is adding collector stamps to the Walmart exclusive The Black Series 3.75" line now! No, it's just to block the missing accessory. Is it too cruel to wish that the punishment for Star Wars action figure theft would be hanging, drawing and quartering? It seems as if it would be the only deterrent to make people stop this despicable act. JTA reader Jaret T. sends us an almost humorous act of vandalism and theft for a 3.75" TBS figure.
