One Final Requiem For Mark Grimshaw And A Thank You

Sincere thanks to all the fellow collectors from JTA who participated in taking on some of the items offered from Mark Grimshaw's collection. We wanted to do one final tribute to Mark with a thank you and summary from Mark's caretaker and best friend John Terpkosh. Click through for more!

Dear Paul,

Here are the final numbers. [My] sincere THANK YOU to all your wonderful members (at JTA).

Orders came in from 25 different states and one from Ontario Canada.
WOW - all the way from New Hampshire to Hawaii, from Washington to Florida. Heres the break down:
CA 9, FL 6, OH 6, IL 4, PA 3, VA 3, TX 3, NJ 2, NY 2, MO 2 and only 1 order from each of these states: MA, MD, MN, LA, WI, HI, IA, AL, MI, GA, WA, KY, OR and AZ.

Most of those mentioned they spoke with Mark or enjoyed his comments and contributions to JTA and the forums.
Total in shipping has been $442 so far - I've got 2 packages going out on Monday. I imagine it will be a total of $455.

This has been a great success and oh so helpful for me. I am glad all of Mark's things could go to a loving Star Wars fan - more so then ending up in the garage sale. Many said they would wear whatever they got to the Dec. showing of SW - The Force Awakens. Mark would love that for sure.

Paul you have been very kind to offer your webspace, time and interest to assist with this project. Plus I was able to either place or attach a photo of Mark with each order. Once again, you have a great community and now I know why Mark spent hours upon hours on yours and the other websites.

This project has been great comfort to me as well as great sorrow. It inches me closer to that final closure of Mark's affects.
