HASBRO'S TRANSFORMERS CLASSIC: We've just listed the first 6 figures from this awesome new series by Hasbro. They are going back to the G1 roots and modernizing all the classic characters with the improved toy technology available today. Megatron makes his triumphant return as a handgun - finally! Optimus gets a futuristic semi cab look - each of these is priced at $22.99. The 4 deluxe figures are available as a set for $46.99 - Astrotrain, Starscream, Bumblebee, and Rodimus all have great new molds that definitely pay homage to their G1 versions.
STAR WARS INTERNET EXCLUSIVE 7-PACK: The new Imperial Republic Commando Scene Pack is only available from online retailers and this one is not to be missed. It contains the very hard to find Scorch figure as well as 3 Commando figures with Green, Red, and Yellow trim. Sun Fac and two Geonosian warriors fill out the rest of this boxed 7-pack - available to preorder at a very reasonable price of $29.99
20TH ANNIVERSARY OPTIMUS PRIME: Hasbro is reissuing and improving the US version of Masterpiece Prime. This time prime comes with a collector base that speaks seven phrases from "Transformers: The Movie" Preorders are available @ $74.99 and prime comes with energon axe and mini-megatron.
NEW YAMATO 1/60 & 1/48 MACROSS: Yamato has just unveiled the new 1/60 scale VF-0A - a followup to the wildly popular VF-0S. The VF-0A has an attractive gray paint scheme and of course the 'A' style head - $169.99. Two new entries in the 1/48 scale arena - the VF-1A Angel Bird has a wild 'high-visibility' red white and blue paint scheme and is priced at $154.99. There is also a new Super Strike parts kit - with Stealth Type colors for $64.99. Images for all three have just been posted.
STAR WARS SAGA COLLECTIBLE TINS: Hasbro is releasing a total of 6 tins, one for each Episode, and each tin comes with 4 figures depicting a key scene from that Episode. We have preorders up for Ep I to Ep VI - each is $29.99.
There are no images yet, but we'll list them as soon as they become available. STAR WARS BATTLE PACKS, UNLEASHED, GALACTIC HEROES: Hasbro announced even more new SW product at Comic-con including three new Battle Packs: Arrest of Palpatine, Battle of Theed, and Pit of Carkoon. Galactic Heroes get their own boxed sets with the new 'Cinema Scenes' line, these come with fairly high price points for Galactic Hero items so I'd expect each box to contain somewhere around 6 to 8 figures! Four new Unleashed Battlepack sets have also been announced - no images on any of these yet, so stay tuned for future updates.
HOT TOYS MOVIE MASTERPIECE ALIENS: Hot Toys rounds out the cast of Aliens with three new figures - Drake, Hudson, and Ripley - each priced at $84.99. These figures will require very minor assembly and come with a high level of detail
TERMINATOR 2 - 20" HUNTER KILLER REPLICA: Skynet would be proud of this awesome new collectible from Sideshow. The 20" Hunter Killer has tons of detail and is a great replica for any T2 fan.
HEROES OF CYBERTRON PVC FIGURES: Hasbro brings back the popular PVC figures with a set of 5 figures for $22.99 - this set includes: Optimus, Megatron, Ultra Magnus, Soundwave, and Rodimus
HOT TOYS RAMBO - FIRST BLOOD: Another great Movie Masterpiece figure from the very first Rambo movie. This figure comes with bullets, lots of bullets, and an M-60 machine gun - preorders available at $74.99
SIDESHOW MARVEL STATUES & BUSTS: Four cool new items just announced at comic-con. The 1:1 Scale Life Sized Spider-Man bust is up for preorder at $389.99, Archangel Marvel Archive Set is $94.99, Magneto Comiquette is $94.99, and the very cool 1/4 Scale Premium Format Incredible Hulk figure is $309.99. These items are spread throughout this menu:
MASTER REPLICAS MARVEL PROPS: Master Replicas is now taking on the Marvel universe and dreaming up more cool new items. Their new preorders include: Captain America's Shield, Spider Man 1:1 Mask Replica, Spider-Man scaled Mask Replica, and a Spider-Man comic book scene replica.
MEDICOM VCD - WOLVERINE AND TIE PILOT: These Vinyl Collection Dolls are imported from Japan and priced at $54.99. Following the very popular Vader and Stormtrooper, we are now offering the TIE Fighter Pilot. From Marvel, Wolverine is the first to get the VCD treatment.
