TBS6 Wave 4 (Asty Wave) Hitting Toys R Us And Other Retailers

Despite having an estimated release date of December 2015, wave 4 of The Black Series [Phase III] 6" line is starting to show signs of life. We have two store reports of them arriving at Toys R Us, and JTA sponsor BBTS also has them in stock as a set. This may end up being a plentiful wave after all.
