Some Canadian Disney Stores Really Mark Up Figures!

You’re doing a great job, and I’m glad to check out every day what the news is.

For my own 2 cents, I went into the Disney Store in Pacific Centre, Downtown Vancouver to check out what they had on Tuesday afternoon.

They had the Kylo Ren, Phasma and Finn, none of which I needed at this point, so I didn’t pick anything up. I was really waiting for one of the old Storm Troopers.

The last time I had checked, they were $26.95 CAN.

Yesterday Dec. 09, I went in to take a look, and I was happy to see that they had the new Storm Troopers, so I thought I’d pick one up.

When I looked at the price, it was $31.95!!!

Looking at the back of the other figures (Kylo, etc) I could see that the old price tag had been ripped off and the new one place roughly over top.

Forget it, with Tax that’s 20% increase over night….

I don’t know if they did it because Christmas is around the corner, or because of the US to CAN exchange rate, but very disappointing, and I won’t be picking up anything now.
