New Scaled Foreign Vehicles?

JTA reader Les Dudis found some interesting foreign micro vehicles. Click through to see images and read his report! What's interesting is that they have been packaged in a similar style to the 2013/2014 line look. Could these be new?
[These] came with a chiclets type gum. Can't understand any of the packet in Japanese but the walkers came with alternate legs so you can "pose" them in walking position.
FYI this is from Toy Tokyo in Manhattan. They have a cool display of vintage Star Wars merchandise, autographed figures, busts, etc. I took a couple of shots of the store interior too but it may be worth it to just visit it if you're already in the area!
These shots are right after I bought it outside the store (couldn't wait to see what I got. Though, the only other box was really heavy sounding so I assumed that was the Sandcrawler):
