My order for The Black Series 6" Storm was cancelled by Hasbro Toy Shop and I phoned a very courteous CSR who explained to me that Hasbro is considering this a "very high demand item" and has therefore placed a "one per household per lifetime" ordering policy restriction on this item. She further explained because I previously ordered a Stormtrooper back in February, any future orders will be cancelled until the restriction is lifted. Dang! I wish they had packed these two per case instead of re-packing the Han.

Here is the email I received which prompted my phone call to Customer Service where they explained it in greater detail.

Due to our order screening processes, we cannot accept your order at this time. As a result, we have canceled your outstanding order with HasbroToyShop.com. Confirmation information is below.

All items on this order exceed quantity limits and have been cancelled. Previously ordered.

Gee. What a surprise, huh folks? What we all knew to be true is happening, and even with forewarning from us to Hasbro, they still didn't take the appropriate measures to meet the demand of this figure. So instead of putting the production of these figures into overdrive, Hasbro is instead going to put "lifetime limits: on these figures? Absurd! Hasbro! Start producing these like there is no tomorrow!
