Kmart Is Consistently Getting The Vintage Collection Wave 13

TARGET and Walmart may get a case or two of new figures, but we get the most reports from Kmart. If you're still fortunate enough to have this retail chain near you, they seem to be the most consistent with store finds. Click through for JTA reader Andrew L.'s report!
