Resourceful and dangerous, Jango Fett is known throughout the criminal underworld as the best bounty hunter in the galaxy. Equipped with an arsenal of weapons including his missile-firing thruster jetpack, Jango attempts to take out Obi-Wan Kenobi as he and Boba Fett escape from Tipoca City.

While we have no doubt whatsoever that Hasbro will continue to develop better and better versions of Jango Fett action figures with better features and articulation, we believe that Jango Fett (Kamino Escape) from the Star Wars “Saga” line will be a figure that will remain one of their greatest hits of all time. There is something about the pose of this figure that can be described as incredible, and that is not used lightly here. Even despite his limited articulation, there are enough features included here, for both adult collectors and kids, that make the mere $4.99 purchase of this action figure completely worthwhile. Jango Fett (Kamino Escape) respectfully brings together the best of both worlds. A dynamic sculpt with a phenomenal likeness to actor Temuera Morrison with detail that will make the most discriminating collectors happy will certainly appeal to longtime collectors. But the action features like the shooting missile projectile and soft-goods gauntlet cable with clasp will absolutely appeal to younger collectors and offer a great deal of play value that will also be worthwhile to them. As you can see, you’re probably not going to get us to say anything negatively about Jango Fett (Kamino Escape) because we’re enthralled with it.

With most of the figures in the Star Wars “Saga” line, it seems as if the action figures are designed with one audience in mind: the collectors or the kids. But with Jango Fett (Kamino Escape), Hasbro is trying to engage both subgroups in the effort to draw sales from parents as well as the collector market. Even though this action figure comes with limited articulation, you’ll find that you won’t care and find why others quickly see the charm in this figure more than its faults (if you can find any that is). Obviously if super-articulation is all you care about, you’re not going to want to waste your time with this great action figure, but we have to tell you that you’ll definitely be missing out on a great and fun action figure. Jango Fett is the new villain in Star Wars Episode II: Attack Of The Clones, so he will be on Hasbro’s priority list and we’ll see plenty of versions of him from now until eternity. It’s nice to know they started off on the right foot so early in the game with this release. Jango Fett (Kamino Escape) comes with eight points of articulation. They include a swivel head, two swivel shoulders, two swivel biceps, swivel waist and two swivel hips. These points are enough for this action figure. Any more than that would have affected the aesthetics Hasbro was trying to achieve with the action-oriented pose which befits this action figure quite well.

Pose Jango Fett with his helmet on or with his helmet removed. There are multiple options to take advantage of here and no matter which way you choose this figure is going to rock. Another great example of proof how Jango Fett (Kamino Escape) has been designed for both kids and collectors is the jetpack. It comes with both a removable rocket as well as a full length projectile. If you want this looking more like a “mature” action figure, then use the rocket attachment. If you want it to entertain your kids, then be sure to use the projectile attachment. As you can see, Hasbro had everyone in mind when they developed this action figure. And what is so incredibly amazing is that they added this duality to the figure while still making it looks aesthetically like one of the best Jango Fett action figure that can be made. You know we’re impressed with this action figure. Hopefully we have impressed upon you that the action figure has merit and that it’s one you need to consider for your own collection. The Star Wars “Saga” line has been filled with some really great action figures and then there have been others that have just not impacted the collecting community as positively. We’re happy and confident to state that Jango Fett (Kamino Escape) is one of the finer moments in the line. And you’ll only know how impressive this action figure is if and only if you have one for your Star Wars collection.
