Hasbro.com has released images of the Target Exclusive Slave I, as seen in The Empire Strikes Back. The latest release is pretty much the same Slave I as the Episode II release. It even has some of the same features, the missile launcher, canopy, and missile rack are still there. What is missing it seems like from this release is the Sonic Charges. However included with the ship is another re-re-release (No, that is not a typo). Included is the 300th Boba Fett that was initially released with the POTJ line, then re-released with the Saga Bounty Hunters 4-pack, thus, it is a re-re-release.
As with everything that is being released in the Original Trilogy Line, the packaging for the Slave I will be the Vintage, Retro Style. To see the full update, as well as the detailed pic, click on the thumbnail below!

After nearly a month and a half of e-mails to the new Fan Club to find out some information that was not listed in the
FAQs section of the new Fan Club announcement
IDG Entertainment took over and did a great job of reigning in the answers. For those of you who may still be wondering about the status of certain Fan Club benefits that we had access to under the old system, here is a rundown of the answers from
IDG Entertainment. Many of these answers may already be known, but it was nice to hear them from an official source.
You are still a fan club member and will continue to receive Insider through the remainder of your subscription. You also still get the offline benefits. However, you do not get the online benefits until you join the new fan club; specifically, Hyperspace content and perks at StarWarsShop.com. Please be aware that tickets to the fan breakfasts will only be sold through SWShop.com, which require a Hyperspace access code. I am sorry, as i know this is not what you wanted to hear.
Regarding the issue of getting Hyperspace or Insider separately, the answer is no. It is one package. Paul Ens, Director of Lucas Online, explained the decision in an online chat with fans in the days following the announcement of the new fan club.
You are right that the expiration dates for most folks will likely not align. To that end, current Insider subscribers will have their issues extended by six when they join the new Fan Club. Hyperspace members will be extended by a year.
That covers to majority of the issues that people were wondering about when the new Hyperspace Fan Club came into being, but know that for you Insider subscribers there is still one option if you would like to have your on-line and in print accounts in sync. You may contact IDG Entertainment at cdsboone@cdsfulfillment.com to request a refund for the remaining portion of the current Insider subscription...you can then put that refund check to opening your Hyperspace account and have everything that the Fan Club has to offer.

As I was making my rounds today at Target, I found something of a Surprise. In the Clearance section, mixed in with the Obi Wan and Jango Fett Kamino Showdown Deluxe sets, I found an Ewok With Attack Glider on Clearance for $6.98. This deluxe set is a fairly newer release, so it was a little surprising to see it there. While my thoughts are that this was possibly more a mistake to this particular store than anything else, anyone that still needs one of these (or a Jango or Obi Wan Kamino Showdown set for that matter), might want to check out the clearance sections to see if there are any surprises to be found. If you do find something make sure to let us know by dropping
