First Look Sneak Peek! Zuckuss - TBS6 [P3] - Disney Store Exclusive
We are excited to provide you with a first look sneak peek of the upcoming Disney Store exclusive The Black Series [Phase III] 6″ Zuckuss figure. This late Fall release started off life as a Toys R Us exclusive, but Disney Store has stepped up to the plate to offer this figure (in addition to many more) to collectors of the line. It will be interesting to see if Disney Store will successfully manager Hasbro exclusives. They’re not the most prevalent retail stores around, and if there isn’t a ton online, it’s going to be problematic. Zuckuss has turned out very nicely. We wouldn’t go so far as to say he’s perfect, but he does shine where he needs to shine. The sculpt and most of Zuckuss’ coloring is brilliant. We’re not too crazy with the soft-goods cloak. It seems like it has the wrong textures and finishes. However, it’s coloring is great. One setback is that the figure’s head is one piece with the backpack. So trying to remove the cloak is going to take some skill if it’s even possible. (We don’t know as we didn’t spend much time on that.) One last thought. Zuckuss should have never been an exclusive.
