When did Irina Spalko join the Star Wars universe?

    • rebelsfangirl

You’re about 18 months late with that joke

      • Phil

Oh, is she not a new character for the fourth season? Haven’t watched this show past a few eps in the first season and one ep of Sarah Michelle Gellar’s character on a plane. This is the first time I’ve seen this character.

        • rebelsfangirl

Nope, she debuted in season three. To lots of Irina Spalko jokes. :p

    Go Filoni Go!

  • JohnMorog

It’ll be real news once it’s finally on Netflix……….

    • Jimmy Griffin

Probably never happen now that Disney is about to launch their own streaming service. I’m just waiting for the series to end, then I’ll buy a series set on blu ray.

      • JohnMorog

I know, makes me upset. Disney streaming service MIGHT be okay, since there are a lot of Disney movies I like, but I don’t like streaming services (especially if they still have commercials…). It seems so many business decisions these days are frustrating to the consumer.

        • Why I’m thrilled that Discovery is bombing like everyone predicted so that the suits will finally see what a horrible financial decision this really is.

        • TatooineSandworm

In news that is surprising customer beneficial, Disney just spearheaded the launch of Movies Anywhere. 6 major studios all got on board, and now, regardless if you buy your digital movie or redeem your digital copy on Amazon, iTunes, Google Play, or Vudu, you can watch your movie on any of the services and all your movies will appear in the Movies Anywhere App. It is actually really freakin cool.

          • JohnMorog

            That is pretty cool…

        • Its just something else to pay for.

  • Jimmy Griffin

I’m pullin’ for this show, I really am. I would love nothing more for them to go out on a real high note.

  • CadeSky

I am really looking forward to this. I have actually deliberately avoided trailers, teasers, etc…just want to see how it all unfolds as the episodes come out. I would like even more than just one SW show running at a time…there’s so much they could do.

    • There are more than one at one time right now.

Just because Forces Of Destiny and The Freemaker Adventures are crap doesn’t mean they don’t exist.

      • CadeSky

We might not quite be the target audience for these things. Forces of Destiny has been pretty neat IMO. I don’t quite want to count it as an ongoing thing with character arcs, etc. Even though I am a Star Wars Lego collector, I realize that the show probably doesn’t have much to offer me.

  • Jaken Wraith

i am REALLY excited for this. Even more so from Filoni’s comment’s on the Star Wars Show where he said they really “got it down” this Season, and there is no filler.

    • Zarco Rey

“No filler, we are wrap up the Clone Wars with this.”
“Don’t you mean ‘wrap up Rebels?'”
      ‘Yeah, maybe…”

  • Coleman Miller

I am conflicted. I’m happy Rebels is back, but sad that it’s the final season.

Also wondering how Kanan & Ezra die. No way they survive, in my opinion. Luke would have had to meet them if they live. My guess is they die at Scarif.

    • Jimmy Griffin

I’m fairly confident Kanan is going to die; but I’m not so sure about Ezra. I will be genuinely surprised if that happens (I’m not saying it shouldn’t happen).

      • Benicio del Ezra.

        • Jimmy Griffin

More likely than him being Snoke.

  • Rebels, Battlefront, The ST, Marvel Comics, etc.

The only thing Disney seems to be good at this day when it comes to SW are the spinoff films which is why a lot is riding on Han Solo to see if R1 was a fluke or not.

    • Long Snoot

Some of the new novels are great and most of the Marvel comics are ok imo. I think I’ll wait the next two movies before judging the trilogy as a whole (doing otherwise doesn’t really make sense), but I do agree about that TFA, Rebels and Battlefront were meh.

  • TatooineSandworm

I cannot wait. I am really looking forward to seeing what threads they wrap up and which threads are left open for later expansion.

  • rebelsfangirl

I am both excited and scared.

  • Tyler Frechette

Here’s to hoping Hasbro makes a 3.75 Thrawn from Zero Hour…

  • matt

Can’t wait. Love this show. From the start of the second season onwards it’s really taken off. The book “New Dawn” really helped me get into it.
I love the Kanan character (love the nods to Rham Kota) Ezra – meh. Hoping both will die this season though – and hoping Thrawn lives…

  • Trooper31

Hoepfully Filoni has the guts to kill off Ezra and Kanaan this seson.

  • RumSleg

I saw the first two episodes of Season 4 when they were screened at Celebration back in April. Things get DARK pretty quickly. It’s good fun.

  • Fiery Little One

It seems Disney XD Canada is sticking to 9pm and Midnight only.

  • General Hux

I really want this season to be great, I have hopes for it. Anyone else staying up way too late to watch it?

    And I have school tomorrow….
