  • Look! The poster shows the Battle of Hoth!

    • RumDumb

Well the First Order is striking back 😉

    • Logan

      B-wings vs AT-ATs, awesome!!!

    • Funtomaz

Completely different thing! Hoth was a snow planet, and snow is some kind of water! This is a salt lake, which is what you get when water evaporates, so it symbolizes the complete absence of water! Unless Hoth underwent a severe climate change event this is a completely unrelated battle! 😛

  • Hardcore F’n Mudd

It’s fun for us Star Wars fans to hate all things star wars, but this is absolutely beautiful.

    • kingsnead412

I think the term is haters

  • EPC-421

I think It’s a pretty great poster but I do not like the bottom, please be a totally different segment!
Also I saw someone point this out but Poe is on the villain side.

    • If Luke can supposedly flip from the light side to the dark at any whim, why can’t Poe?

  • Darth Your Mom

Glad they included the pole Phasma used to vault out of the trash compactor.

  • rusty_t

Very cool. I love how Carrie is in the center.

  • 80sRobot

The pattern of the dust trail created by the Ski Speeders brings to mind the First Order emblem, ironically enough.

  • ARC-77

Looks like Rey needs more training… she cut herself

  • Darth Parsley

    I like it

  • Funtomaz

    It’s… red! 😀

It’s a typical Star Wars poster, I guess. It looks nice. It’s curious that Poe is on the side of the villains, but I don’t think that actually means he’ll be a villain. It would make zero sense, unless they brainwash him in the movie.

Also, will Luke ever smile in this movie?

    • Eradicator

Yeah, I wonder why Poe is on that side of the poster?

      • AllThePowa

Maybe the theory of him getting of jakkus was right…

Basically he’s a first order spy and was let off.

    • Typical of the Disney era maybe. Pumped out by a photoshop dropout, Probably the same one that gave us that horrid Spider-Man Homecoming one where they tried to squeeze 25 different characters onto it.

  • thelastwookie

    Looks aight.

  • Mike_5555

I like it! It’s definitely better than the TFA poster.

  • Gloriouscollector

    Awesome.

  • Rivesjunctionite

I hope this shows up on DMR real soon.

  • Mike Moore (04515f4n)

The Shining is returning to theatres?

  • kingsnead412

Looks really cool! I don’t think the placement of Poe means anything. I am reading the Poe Dameron comic series and definitely do not feel he would go dark but who knows. I do see the whole possible Vader image in the poster with the characters making the shape of his helmet but whether it is there or not I am not sure.

  • More photoshopped crap. Never saw that coming.
