They know what you did last week. And apparently they know a whole lot more. JTA reader “Sneaky Snake” tried to circumvent the system and order FOUR (4) Clone Captain Rex figures and Hasbro Toy Shop did their order analysis and thwarted his efforts. Click through for the exchange.

What is this? Why would a problem with my card cause an order to be cancelled 5 days later? What sort of problem?

Thank you for the explanation. That address was indeed the same billing address as the other order. Do I understand correctly that the billing address, not the shipping address, is considered the “household”?

I do apologize but the billing address should be the address where the person actually lives that is the address that the bank should send the mail to.
